Enter two values (e.g. true and false, 1 and 0, a and b, magic and science, heads and tails) and the probability of the first one, which will automatically work out the chance of the second.
Press Randomize, and it will spit out one of your two values based on the chance that you entered.
It's kind of like a coin flip except you can weight the coin.
